TEXTURE

 Texture is the process to see that how things look like .We can see there are so many textures things around us. It can be jagged and smooth. A soft cotton ball has a soft texture while sand has a rough texture. Mostly, textures are used by artists to make smooth and flat pictures using water paints. Texture can be defined as the property that is held by the surface of any object and whose external surface can be felt by the sense of touch. In music, you can find a musical texture. In painting, texture is supposed to be the feeling of an individual about the painting and the application method used to paint the surface. But in a computer graphics, texture is a bitmap image used to apply a design on to the surface of 3-D computer model. The texturing method is used to handle the variations of reflectance and involves storing of reflectance as a pixel image or function and mapping reflectance onto the required surface.
